The main aim of my online, remote therapy practice is to provide a service built on accessibility and affordability. I’m passionate about offering therapeutic services on a sliding scale with the understanding that NHS waiting times are growing and private therapy is often too expensive for many.
I am a disabled therapist with lived experience; in addition to my qualifications, I have first hand knowledge of multiple mental health issues, autism/ADHD, and life with physical health conditions. Self-disclosure is an important part of my method.
The goal of my work is to provide a safe space for client-led therapy, using a range of integrated therapies and working collaboratively.
