I am an integrated psychotherapist with expertise in working in sexual trauma recovery, with young people, in the LGBTQI+ community and with longterm conditions. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. In addition, I present The Trauma Talks podcast, a podcast that explores different experiences of trauma and what helps cope, and am a contributing writer to the BACP’s Private Practice Journal, Therapy Today and Happiful Magazine. I work across London and Glasgow using a blended approach of in-person and virtual sessions where possible.
For five years I created and ran the SurvivorsUK groups for men, boys, Trans and non-binary people who have survived sexual abuse or rape alongside an honorary contract with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust as a therapist.
My practice is relational, safe, trauma informed and intersectional. I have clinical supervision regularly to insure best practice and am a member of the Radical Therapist Network, a membership organisation dedicated to intersectional, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive learning and therapeutic practice.
