My primary training is in Logotherapy & Existential Analysis, graduating in 2015 with a Diploma in Logotherapy & Existential Analysis. I am Accredited by the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna; my thesis was titled: ‘An Existential Analysis of Thomas Merton’s ‘The Seven Story Mountain’.

I hold Diplomas in Jungian Psychology and Jungian Theory and Practice from the CG Jung Centre in Ireland.

I am Founder and Director of the Viktor Frankl Centre Northern Ireland, an Accredited Training Institute that offers short courses and Diploma training in Logotherapy.

I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant and work with a wide range of clients with PTSD, Phobias, OCD, Anxiety and Depression.

I am an Honorary Lecturer at Queen’s University Belfast.

Since 2015 I have worked as a Psychotherapist offering services to clients with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bereavement, and ‘life issues’ including careers, relationship issues, and dealing with chronic illness and life-limiting conditions.
