I am a psychotherapist, HCPC registered occupational therapist (psychotherapeutic occupational therapist), author, academic and supervisor.
I have over 35 years practice experience.

I have extensive clinical supervisory experience across both statutory and independent settings (including NHS, social services, charities, private practice etc.) of health professionals and psychotherapists/counsellors.

I am also an experienced university doctoral supervisor. I have supervised muliple PhD, EdD, and DProf students who have successfulyy completed their doctorates.

My work has been published extensively in high impact peer-reviewed journals, alongside main stream media including the BBC, BBC Sounds, CBeebies, i Paper, i Weekend, Huffing Post,The Telegraph etc.

In 2015 I was named as one of Newsweek Magazine’s 21st Century Professionals.
I have recently been nominated for a 2026 West Country Women’s Award .

I am trained multimodaly and hold two doctorates (Medicine: Child Health and Transpersonal Counselling) I work holistically integratively, and this appraoch extends to my supervision with practitioners.

Supervision takes place monthly for 90 minutes for supervisees.
