Therapist - Exeter

I have been working therapeutically with people for 20 years .I have my own private room in Central Exeter, where I provide a calm, safe space in a supportive and confidential setting. I am a warm and down to earth person and have a wealth of real life experience as well as qualifications.

I am a senior accredited member of NCPS – National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society
and a Fellow member of ISPC – International Society of Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am an integrative Therapist, which means I can draw from many different disciplines to offer a uniquely personalised focus for our work together. In addition to counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer EMDR, CBT, Hypnotherapy and Internal Family Systems

In particular I like to use a blend of IFS and EMDR when working with trauma or PTSD

As your Therapist, my role is to facilitate our work together in ways that respect your values and beliefs, coming from a place of kindness and empathy.
I work with a whole spectrum of life issues and see adults and couples.

I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS.

I am available Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm

I offer a free initial 20 minute introductoryPhone or Zoom call on request.

Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly and last an hour.
