My specialisms included trauma-informed practices; ‘working with the wounds,’ whilst manifesting awareness and reflecting upon our ‘shadow selves,’ so we arrive at a juncture where ‘individuation’ can take place safely, where you are encouraged and guided into a place of authenticity.

Equally, I have lived experience of severe childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and an eating disorder, of which, through my own deep inner work, I have moved through, and beyond to a place of self-acceptance and self-love.

Moreover, I am neurodivergent (autistic). Therefore, I work within a non-neurotypical holistic approach, placing the person at the heart of the therapeutic dynamic.

As such, the area of expertise is with adult (18+) clients who may have experienced challenges around childhood abuse, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, in addition to supporting those working towards reflective and intuitive therapeutic alliances of the self.
