I believe all difficulties we experience with regard to our mental health are episodes and not a way of life. I see my role as a counsellor as to help you to develop and build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so you can master the art of living without living being a burden.
I use Person-Centered therapy techniques, as well as incorporate other approaches, such as hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, and journaling, to ensure a truly tailored counselling experience for my client.
