There is heart in this work I love, and for some 30 years now, in organisations and in private practice. I am a Fellow of the International Society of Psychotherapy and Counselling, as well as a Senior Accredited Member of the Senior Counsellors and Psychotherapists Alliance.
As a person-centred counsellor, I offer you a warm and accepting presence, listening to your everyday experiences, the links to the past and what kind of life would be much more ‘you’. I talk with people about all sorts of issues in their lives: trauma, anxiety and depression, abuse they have suffered, recovering from narcissists in their life, the losses they have been through and how they have got up again, work difficulties, stress, how they are around big life changes, relationships, going through IVF, culture and ethnicity.
Sessions are confidential, 50 minutes long and for £60. I work with adults, one to one with individuals.
