As a Counsellor and Supervisor with the ISPC, I bring over 10 years’ experience in clinical supervision, supporting both qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors across a range of settings. I offer a reflective, collaborative supervisory space that promotes ethical practice, professional development, and safe, effective client work.
My supervisory approach is grounded in the Cyclical Model of Supervision, developed by Page and Wosket. This model provides a structured yet flexible framework, moving through key stages including contracting, focusing, exploration, insight, and action planning. It supports supervisees in making sense of their client work, deepening self-awareness, and linking theory to practice in a meaningful way.
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that is both supportive and appropriately challenging, encouraging critical reflection while maintaining a strong ethical focus. Whether you are in training or an experienced counsellor I will work alongside you to develop confidence, competence, and autonomy in your practice.
Supervision sessions are tailored to your individual needs, offering a professional space where your work can be explored safely, thoughtfully, and with integrity.
