I am often asked about the difference between life coaching and counselling.
Both provide a space to reflect on your life, explore challenges, and move towards the future you want to create. Life coaching helps clarify goals and set practical steps towards them. Counselling supports you in working through emotional difficulties that may be holding you back. Together, these approaches can help you overcome obstacles, uncover your potential, and embrace growth with confidence.
If at any stage we feel that a referral to a specialist or another counsellor would be beneficial, we will explore and arrange this together.
