As a Relate trained counsellor I can help all couples with relationship issues such as communication, conflict, trust, and intimacy.

I also completed an MA in Autism, and have specialised in working with autistic clients and their partners for a number of years, integrating this important learning and research about autism in to my counselling practice,.

I aim to balance the needs of both partners as much as possible, working flexibly in terms of joint/individual sessions, providing psycho-educational support and understanding, as well as solution focused techniques and emotional support.
